Grace PerioD, Cancellation & Refund Policy

To respect the time of all our clients and ensure a smooth scheduling process, we have the following policies for cancellations and late arrivals:

We allow a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will need to reschedule. This ensures that we can continue to serve all clients on time. 

 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and may also incur a late cancellation fee. This helps us accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

 At ABENI Aesthetics & Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality aesthetic and wellness services. Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments and the time reserved specifically for each client, the following refund policy applies.

Treatment & Service Refunds

 • All services, treatments, packages, memberships, and prepaid appointments are non-refundable after 30 days from the original purchase date. 

• Refund requests made within 30 days of purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 

• No refunds will be issued for services already rendered, missed appointments or no-shows, dissatisfaction due to personal preference, failure to follow post-care instructions, or delayed use of purchased treatments/packages.

Package Policies 

• Treatment packages are non-transferable and non-refundable after 30 days. 

• Unused sessions may be applied toward another service of equal value at the provider’s discretion.

 Deposits

 • All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time with at least 24-hour notice for rescheduling.

 • Deposits will be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.

Retail Products 

• Unopened retail skincare products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

 • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to sanitation and safety guidelines.
