Grace Period & Cancellation Policy

To respect the time of all our clients and ensure a smooth scheduling process, we have the following policies for cancellations and late arrivals:

Grace Period

We allow a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will need to reschedule. This ensures that we can continue to serve all clients on time. 

Late Cancellation (Less Than 24 hours Notice)

 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and may also incur a late cancellation fee. This helps us accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
